Welcome to the Sachtler Frequently Asked Question's Page of the SA & J Electronics Inc. Website.  SA & J Electronics Inc., has been servicing the Sachtler Product Line of Tripod Fluid Heads and Sticks since July 1996.  During that time our technicians have been trained at Sachtler's New York office as well as twice at the main factory in Germany.

Some people have said they consider us the "Sachtler Experts", that is next to the Germans of course who designed it!  Below you will hopefully find some answers to your questions.  However, if you don't you can checkout our Procedure for Sending in Repairs.

 

• Fluid head on hotpod keeps moving around in bowl.
   
• The bowl on the Hotpod moves where it is connected to the column.
