Priority Service allows our clients to red flag their equipment and send it to the head of the line, expediting the evaluation/repair process to get their unit back quicker.
If you would like to use our Sachtler Priority Service, when completing our online repair order, include the term "Priority Service" at the beginning of the complaint area followed by your complaint. In order to expedite your repair, our Sachtler Priority Service has a minimum $750 pre-approved amount.
Please note that if your repair requires parts that we do not have in stock, this will delay your repair, but you will still be charged the Priority Service Rate as when the parts are received your repair will be expedited back on the bench.
